due to some personal reasons, this week has been a slack week for me, in terms of running la. milege is very low this week. -shakes head- terrible...
call it exaggerating, but i can feel my fitness level dropping... O_o
next week better be good. i'll make sure my milege will go back to normal.
aileen msged me ytd that she taking part in mizuno run. but she running with her fren. i guess im gna sign up too, especially so the event is held at bedok reservoir, which is so near my hse. ha. no need to bring bag. can warm up by running there. ha.

Gosh, the bus fare for that ride from Plaza Sing to Bedok must be quite a lot. Adult fare now.
